    Arrival in Osaka (Kansai)

    Upon arrival, make your own way to your hotel near Kansai Airport. Optional Kansai Airport (KIX) transfer is available at AU$150 per person (Min 2 pax). Hotel: Odysis Suites Osaka Airport Hotel or similar.

    Osaka & Kobe (Welcome Dinner)

    Visit the iconic 16th-century Osaka Castle. Explore Osaka's central food and entertainment district, Dotonbori. Travel to Kobe to visit the Kobe Earthquake Memorial Museum. Enjoy a Welcome Dinner tonight. Hotel: SK HOTEL Kobe station or similar.

    Kobe to Kurashiki & Hiroshima (B)

    Travel to Hiroshima. En route, stop in the beautiful canal town of Kurashiki to explore its well-preserved Edo-period merchant district. Hotel: HOTEL MYSTAYS Hiroshima Peace Park or similar.

    Hiroshima Peace Park & Okayama (B)

    Visit the gorgeous Itsukushima Shrine on Miyajima Island, famous for its floating torii gate. Visit the Peace Memorial Park and Atomic Bomb Museum. Continue to Okayama. Hotel: Mitsui Garden Hotel Okayama or similar.

    Okayama to Nara & Kyoto (B)

    Kyoto Sightseeing & Kanazawa (B)

    Visit Kinkakuji Temple (the famous Golden Pavilion) covered entirely in pure gold leaf. Walk through the Arashiyama Bamboo Grove and cross the Togetsu Bridge. Travel to Kanazawa. Hotel: Hotel Amanek Kanazawa or similar.

    Kanazawa Historical Tour (B)

    Explore the castle town of Kanazawa. Visit the Buke Yashiki samurai house, wander the Higashi Chaya geisha district, stroll Kenrokuen Garden (one of Japan's top three landscape gardens), and visit Omicho Market. Hotel: Hotel Amanek Kanazawa or similar.

    Kanazawa to Shirakawago & Takayama (B)

    Takayama to Matsumoto (B)
